How we ship

Stock parts ship in 1–2 business days by UPS/FedEx ground. Cut-to-length goods ship in 2–4 business days after production. Built-to-order conveyors and custom fabrication get a stated build timeline with your quote, and ship LTL freight — we call you before anything freight-sized ships, so there are no surprise charges.

Currency is USD. We currently ship within the United States.

Freight & oversized items

Long or heavy items (full conveyor sections, bundled long lengths) go LTL freight. Freight is quoted at order — we'll contact you with the exact number before charging anything beyond your parts total.

Inspect your freight — 5 business days

Inspect every delivery on arrival. If anything's damaged, note it on the delivery receipt, snap photos, and report it to us within 5 business days — office@apexfabricationllc.com or (219) 509-3083 — so we can file the carrier claim and make you whole.

Returns, the short version

• Stock parts: returnable within 30 days, unused, 15% restocking fee, buyer pays return shipping.
• Cut-to-length and custom items: not returnable once production begins — they're made for your order.
• Our mistake: wrong part shipped or workmanship problem — we pay freight both ways and make it right, period.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return. Full details in the Terms of Sale.

If we can't ship on time

If an order can't ship within its stated window, we'll tell you promptly with a new date — and you can cancel for a full refund of anything unshipped. No silence, no runaround.
