Conveyors built around your product, not the other way around.
Custom-built conveyor sections, transfers, guides, and frames — fabricated, installed, and dialed in around your product and your floor plan.
Conveyor Systems
Off-the-shelf conveyor rarely fits a real production floor. Apex Fabrication designs and builds conveyor sections, transfers, curves, inclines, and support structures to match your product, your rates, and the space you actually have — then installs them and proves them out at speed.
We work in mild steel, stainless, and aluminum, and we integrate with the equipment you already run: fillers, cappers, labelers, case packers, and palletizers. From a single replacement section to a full line reroute, the work is measured, fabricated, and fitted by the same crew.
Air conveyors & twist fittings
Empty-bottle air conveyor is its own trade: overhead lines that float bottles by the neck ring from blow molding to filling to packaging. Apex fabricates and installs the overhead runs, arches, and support steel — and the twist fittings that rotate each bottle into the orientation the next machine needs.
We build neck guides, curves, and transitions matched to your bottle, reroute lines around new equipment, and repair crash damage fast enough to keep the molders running.

Conveyor Systems FAQs
Can you match our existing conveyor brand and rail height?
Yes. We field-measure your existing line and fabricate to match rail heights, widths, and transfer elevations, so new sections drop in against the equipment you already run.
Do you install, or just fabricate?
Both. Most conveyor projects include tear-out, setting, anchoring, leveling, and startup support. We schedule installs around your production windows, including nights and weekends.
What if a conveyor goes down mid-shift?
Call the shop line. Apex runs 24/7 emergency response for breakdowns — we can weld, straighten, or fabricate replacement sections fast enough to keep a shift from becoming a lost day.
