The backbone of a guide rail run: a rugged aluminum extrusion that mounts fast and holds its line. The top tab carries a snap-on UHMW insert as the wear surface; the bottom channel takes standard 5/16"-18 hardware, so it drops onto common rail brackets as a side guide — or lays flat as a support member under modular belting and tabletop chain.
A preformed part with one job — no options to spec, just quantity. We sell it in 10-ft lengths, and because we're the crew that builds and repairs the conveyors it mounts on, we can cut, fit, and install it too. Fastening hardware sold separately.
